switching to "results to text, results to grid, results to file" using Transact SQL by SM_Tomaz

SSMS does not support a transact query or meta query language to automatic switch between export of results to grid, export of results to text or export of results to file.

Is is possible to have such command using a t-sql or similar sqlcmd for switching between exports.

Hi!, thanks for writing in to Microsoft.

We took a look at this feature request and triaged it against several others. While we are closing this request as 'won't fix', we have taken note of this internally and will try & incorporate it when we revisit this functionality in a future release of SSMS.
