User(s) can reproduce this bug
when a tabular model is the first time deployed from VS and the project-property "Transactional Deployment" is set to "True" then the deployment fails saying that "Either the user, PMONE\gbrueckl, does not have access to the AdventureWorksDW2012_TAB2 database, or the database does not exist."
After the database is deployed with "Transactional Deployment = False", also the transactional deployment is successfull

Steps to Reproduce

create a simple tabular model
set the project-property "Transactional Deployment" to "True"
deploy the project

Actual Results

Error saying: "Either the user, PMONE\gbrueckl, does not have access to the AdventureWorksDW2012_TAB2 database, or the database does not exist."

Expected Results

the deployment should succeed also the first time the database is deployed
