Description

The text for the option -m includes this text:

Controls which error messages are sent to stdout. Messages that have a severity level
less than or equal to this level are sent.

This seemed so funny that I had to test it, and indeed "less" should be "greater".

The text for the -V option includes:

Error messages that have severity levels less than or equal to this value set    
ERRORLEVEL.

Again, "less" should be "greater".

Confirmed that you are correct. I just checked in the updates. I think this will be on MSDN on or around Jan. 21.

Hi Erland,

I have this bug now and will investigate. Any update should be on MSDN by end of January. Will udpate this bug again after I check in change.
