I clicked on Ask Questions in PowerPivot for Excel (yesterday's download, so the recent version).

It opened a new browser window and it went to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=210487 - which redirects to the closed Denali (pre-release) forum. Not to http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-GB/sqlkjpowerpivotforexcel/threads, where questions could be posted...
