I am using SQL Server 2012 Enterprise SP1 and I am getting lots of the following error message in SQL error logs:

An error occurred in Service Broker internal activation while trying to scan the user queue 'msdb.dbo.InternalMailQueue' for its status. Error: 1222, State: 51. Lock request time out period exceeded. This is an informational message only. No user action is required.

I have tried restarting the server but the error comes back as soon as the server is rebooted.

I have exactly the same issue in the same conditions; Service Broker does what it should but this error is disrupting my error log; anyway to stop it ?
Same Service Broker structure works properly on a wide number of other instances, from 2005 to 2008 R2.
Many thanks
