Steps to Reproduce

1.) Create Solution
2.) Create new solution folder
3.) Create Unit Test Project in this new solution folder
4.) Add new SQL Database Unit Test

Actual Results

VS2012 Crash

Thank you for reporting the issue to us. We have fixed this particular issue and it will be part of our upcoming release of SSDT.
