Hi

SCD can be really quick if both input rows and dimension have the same sorting (business key), however that currently requires clustered index on dimension that would use business key. Would you consider either:
1) Adding option to provide T-SQL (so I can use index hint)
2) Provide two inputs for SCD:
-- input rows
-- dimension rows
