Workaround(s)
Provide a capability for the overwritable capability of the Double-Click event of the ReportViewer control. In that double-click event, have the capability to retrieve the information(field name, fieldvalue and the entire record) that is being double clicked.
This feature is similar to Crystal Report.

Excellent suggestion. I would love to have this feature, it would allow a whole lot more functionality
