I adjust the display to 125% to see more bigger display... and I notice the Icons in MS SQL Server Management Studio has poor quality, all are blur.

I know it's not as good as the real thing, but somebody uploaded a hi-res version several years ago, and I've been using them since. They work well with the Windows 8 metro screen as well.
