Description

I have opened a question on StackOverflow regarding SQL Server 2012/2008R2 and unknow behavior on a nvarchar(max) concatenation in a select query.

The answer I get there is a link to a KB article about SQL 2000 where this error was known. Isn't it something to fix it by now?

Tested on SQL Server 2008 R2 Developer Edition on Windows 2008 R2 x86 Standard Edition and on SQL Server 2012 Web Edition on Windows 2012 Standard Edition
