HST01 is Central Timezone as set per Site Preparation Survey but all other servers/VMs are set to Pacific Timezone. The base VHDs were created with timezone set to US Central so it seems that PDW setup sets it somewhere to Pacific instead of taking the setting from HST01

We agreed internally to change this workflow from V1, and ask the IHVs to use DWConfig to set these up at the factory floor. If not information is availalbe, it will be done at the customer's data center. This was added to the IHV documentation:

Set common Date and Time Zone across all devices

Ensure all devices (servers, switches, PDU and SAN storages when applicable) are aligned in date and time zone requirements. When applicable, use the customer’s or site survey indicated time zone .If not time zone information is available, this step will be performed at the customer’s data center at delivery time.

Give us a bit to investigate.
