When I rename database diagram in SQL Server Management Studio 11.0.2100.60 using Rename command in Object Explorer, the Object Explorer subtree is not refreshed after submitting the new name and old name is still displayed. Refreshing the Database Diagrams subtree does display the new name correctly.
