Whilst you have stated in https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/779313/add-full-extented-property-support-to-ssdt that you will not add an extended properties designer a good feature would be a description column in the table designer that related the "MS_Description" property of extended properties on table columns. My suggestion is that this column should appear next to the "Default" column in the table designer. Thanks for your feedback, it's been recorded but we don't have plans to implement this feature.
