User(s) can reproduce this bug

Description

1. Open MDS->explorer a model.
2. Open a Entity.
3. Click Add Member several times.

Result:
MDS throw System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If the Code is auto-generated, so user can add member continuously without clicking “Ok”.

So for this bug, if the user continuous to Click ‘Add Member’ button, “OnEntityMembersCreateCompleted” will throw NullReferenceException.

“System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello Lei. Thanks for the feedback. We triaged this issue and at this time do not plan to address this in a future version of SQL Server. The suggestion will be saved for consideration with future releases.
