Description

Hi.

The following issue pointed out an issue with the creation of jobs and SSIS parameters.

https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/751153/2012-rtm-ssms-ssis-empty-string-parameters-supplied-in-agent-jobs-to-packages-cause-strange-behavior

It is marked as solved but pointed out many issues. So I like to focus here on the issue within jobs. It is actually not possible to create a job with a empty string parameter. But it is possible to execute such package directly from Catalog with empty string.

This is important because we like to start the package with empty string sometimes.
