Description

Opening a .sqlplan file that contains many statements will cause SSMS to display the first x number of plans. Then it will partially display a one by clipping the top of the plan. Finally the remaining plans are not shown but the scroll bar is sized where they should be.

in the png screenshot that is attached, you can see the last visible plan is clipped at the top and the following plan isn't displayed at all.

the 7-zip attachment is the plan that caused this.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll keep this item active so that other members of the community get a chance to see it and provide their own input. We'll keep an eye on it as we plan the next big things for SQL.

Use the free version of SqlSentry plan explorer.
