Description

When invoking intellisense after typing SELECT, the following items should be in the intellesense list

ALL
DISTINCT
TOP

These three items are very common keywords that immediately follow SELECT statements.

These three keywords are much more relevant than the current suggestions offered by intellisense following a SELECT statement, which include table names, database names, which under no circumstance form a valid SQL statement.
(i.e. SELECT <TableName> ... is invalid SQL, if the column names and FROM clause is missing)
