Description

Sql server management studio Version 11.0.3128.0 ignores indexes when scripting a table. It does it to tables in both SQL Server 2008 tables and 2012.

This is not a bug, but only a questionable default. Tools->Options->SQL Server Object Explorer->Scripting. Here you can change the defaults to your liking.
