Description

Hi,

I have pasted the pictures below. They are normally in color. suddenly like today, they show up in black and while. We restart the server and they are back in color after we activate the "GetSnapShot". Need to understand why it happens by itself. Also is there a way to do the GetSnapShot behind the scenes for all files and in such a way so that it does not messup the refresh schedules. this is what happens when I manually go to properties and cheat the system into thinking i renamed the file - "When you update the image by changing the document details, it causes the refresh to error out – due to the edits being made by someone other than the owner of the refresh."

Since the issue is not consistent, the best way to get to the bottom of this will be to involve CSS (support.microsoft.com).
