Your feedback can take the form of a suggestion for improving product design or behavior, or a description of a problem that interferes with your work or causes the product to behave unexpectedly.

    SQL Server Profiles

If you would like to increase your opportunities for engaging with the Microsoft SQL product teams, you can fill out a profile survey to submit your information to the SQL Server customer pool.

To get started, follow this link. You'll be prompted to register on Microsoft Connect if you haven't already; otherwise you'll be prompted to sign in with your Windows Live ID if you aren't already signed in. You must be registered with Microsoft Connect before you can fill out the profile survey.

Once the above is complete, proceed with one of the following surveys depending on your business (click the survey name, then click "Respond to this Survey"):

• SQL Server Customer Profile: You use data technologies to run your business or you're completing a profile for one of your customers.
• SQL Server Commercial Technology Product or Service Provider Profile: You're in the business of selling software or technology-related services.

SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 1 has shipped and is now available on the Microsoft download center.


SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3 (SP3) has shipped and is now available on the Microsoft download center.


SQL Server 2008 has shipped and a trial version is now available on the Microsoft download center.
