If interior_ptr was an iterator, we could convert a clr string to a wstring easily and without needing to pin the clr string. I failed specializing iterator_traits<cli::interior_ptr<_Ty>>myself.

According to 23.4.43 map element access, std::map's operator[] requires mapped type to be DefaultInsertable. Visual C++ requires it to also be copyable.
