Bind failing to compile with a vector of functions

The code below compiles fine on VC9 and VC10. It fails to compile on VC11. Perhaps standards are now stricter, but it compiles on GCC fine.

std::thread does not accept std::move

This line fails to compile. std::thread th(&ThFun, std::move(prms)); std::bind requires copyable, but std::thread does not.
