CListCtrl flickers constantly in a WS_EX_COMPOSITED Dialog - by JonnoJ

The report CListCtrl doesn't work well with the WS_EX_COMPOSITED style and flickers continuously. I saw the same behavior under the 2010 and 2012 toolset.
