User(s) can reproduce this bug
I have installed Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate beta 2 by using the web based installer. On the end of the installation, in the result box the installer dropped an error message, it could not install Silverlight 3 SDK for VS 2010. Now when I try to create a new Silverlight based project VS 2010 stops working.

(Along with VS 2010 beta 2, VS 2008 SP1 with Silverlight 3 Tools is installed on this machine.)
