User(s) can reproduce this bug
Setup:
Visual Studio 2008 Professional (release). Dual Monitor system. Secondary monitor to the left of the primary monitor. Visual studio 2008 is running on the left (secondary) monitor.

If I set my HTML designer to "split views vertically" and have my visual studio on my secondary monitor, I cannot drag the splitter between the code and the designer to resize the editors. The splitter jumps to the right so the right pane (the designer) dissapears and the HTML code takes the whole screen. This only happens if the secondary monitor is on the left side. If I place the secondary monitor on my right, everything works fine.

The workaround is to move Visual Studio 2008 to my primary screen, resize there and then place Visual Studio 2008 on the secondary screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Setup HTML Designer in "vertical split mode". Place Secondary monitor to the left of the primary monitor and place Visual Studio 2008 to the secodary monitor. Try to drag the splitter around.

This also happens in Horizontal mode if the secondary monitor placed above the primary monitor.
Actual Results
The splitter jumps far right and the html code view takes over both views.
Expected Results
the splitter is supposed to be draggable anywhere in the editor space.

Two workarounds
1. Resize the split view on the primary monitor
2. Place the secondary monitor to the right or below the primary monitor.
