VC++ 2008 redistributable (vcredist_x86.exe) cannot install on Windows 2000

User(s) can reproduce this bug
The VC++ 2008 redistributable (vcredist_x86.exe) cannot be installed on a fresh installed Windows 2000 SP4 machine. When launched you get a messagebox with this error message:
"The procedure entry point HeapSetInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Steps to Reproduce
Run vcredist_x86.exe from VS2008 (VC++ 9.0 runtime libraries) on a clean Windows 2000 SP4 machine.
Error message and installation is aborted.

This issue has actually been solved by Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB835732). After I updated my Windows 2000 machine with the latest updates it works. So please close this issue.
