Description

There were serious problems with fonts in code editor in VS 2010 Beta 2. That is the reason that I am submitting this occurrence, even though I could not reproduce the behaviour.
In VS 2010 RC I have FixedSys Excelsior 3.01 font in editor. It is set to size= 12.
This is the best ergonomical font - easy on eyes.
I experienced sudden font size change while scrolling page of code with mouse wheel.
Font changes size to about 7.
The font changed only in one tab, other tabs with code were displaying correctly.
The only place I know to change font size is in:
Menu>Tools>Options>Environment Fonts and Colors
But this window was NOT open at the time of the occurence.
Closing and reopening the tab will fix the problem.

Thank you for your answer. Great feature to resize font on the fly! It is not a bug, my mistake.

Hi Mariusz7,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you have accidently pressed the Control key while using the mouse wheel when this happened? Mouse wheel alone should indeed scroll, but VS 2010 also has a new feature where Ctrl+Mouse wheel zooms the editor, which would explain what you saw. If this ever occurs again, you should be able to restore your zoom level (and thus your font size) by resetting the zooom combo box in the lower left corner of the editor to 100%.

Thanks for trying VS 2010 and sending your feedback!
