Local IIS web site cannot be open in Visual Web Developer Express 2010 when web site is bound to the IPv6 address. IIS6 Metabase compability is installed and IPv4 web sites are working with VWD.

VWD failed with the followind error: “Unable to create the local cache location 'C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\2\VWDWebCache\%IPv6address%”, possibly due to the not-allowed symbols in the IPv6 addresses: “:”, “[”, “]”.

I tried to add an addiotional address '127.0.0.1' as a primary binding address to the web site. Then it takes a long time to open and fails with the following error:

Unable to open the following web site: 'site.com'.
To access local IIS web sites, you must install the following IIS components:
[The empty list follows]
In addition, you must run Visual Studio in the context of an administrator account.

While it is opened with administrator credentials.
