Below is my machine operation detail.
Windows Server 2003 RS2 64 bit
Visual Studio 2010
.Net Framework 2, 3, 3.5, 4 is installed.

When I build my project I have a error > "ResGen.exe" exited wirth code 128.

What is the problem actually? Got any solution on this?

Steps to reproduce

Built a project will get the error message.

"ResGen.exe" exited wirth code 128.

Product Language

English

Operating System

Windows Server 2003

Operating System Language

English

Actual results

It work fine when I run under Windows XP and Visual Studio 2010.

Expected results

Run well in Windows Server 2003 RS2 64 bit and Visual Studio 2010.

We are unable to reproduce this issue. It seems the problem is something specific to your project. Would it be possible for you to share your project with us?
