The system menu buttons in the frame window of the MDI child window are incorrectly painted (initially) when any Office 2007 theme is chosen unless the project has Document/View architecture support.

P.S. You need more categories. This isn't a performance issue, nor a crash, etc...

Visual Studio 2010 SP1

1. New Project - MFC Application
2. Application Type:
a. Uncheck "Tabbed documents"
b. Uncheck "Document/View architecture support"
c. Select Project style "Office 2007 (Aqua theme)"
3. Build project
4. Run
5. Toolbar button - new window
6. Move mouse over titlebar of new CView child window
7. See that the minimize, maximize and close buttons are wrongly painted (too narrow and with a blue border around them).
8. See the bug go away if the child window is moved around. This only happens during the initial focus event (as far as I can tell).

Note that this does NOT reproduce if the style is not Office 2007.
It does NOT reproduce if the application has Document/View architecture support.

The next major release of Visual Studio is version 11 will not be available in the short term. Is there a workaround for Visual Studio 2010? Can you suggest any overrides or bits of code to alleviate the issue in the mean time? Will there be an updated redistributable MFC DLL?
