Visual Studio 2010 hangs when I do the following:

1. Open any .aspx.
2. Make some changes
3. Save .aspx.
3. Close the .aspx.
4. Re-open the .aspx.

I am running Windows Server 2008 R2. I uninstalled ReSharper and PostSharp, which I thought might be the issue. Prior to removing those, Visual Studio would hang on step 2.

Hi, This seems to be likely due to issues with Resharper itself. I did a search online for "visual studio 2010 resharper hangs" and got plenty of results, eg: see http://devnet.jetbrains.net/message/5273891

Hi BranchMan,

What's the name of the dump you uploaded?
Posted by BranchMan on 3/9/2012 at 10:16 AM
I uploaded another dump file (I had attached one the first time).

I uninstalled VS Studio 2010 and SP 1. I then re-installed and VS still hangs when I paste code in the .aspx or after I edit it for a while.
