User(s) can reproduce this bug
In my application, the OK/Cancel/Apply button are not show in a property sheet created using the CMFCPropertySheet::PropSheetLook_Tree style.

This issue only occurs on a hebrew Window 7 system with Rigth-to-left layout setting.
Details (expand)

Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server/.NET Framework Tooling version

Visual Studio 2010 SP1

Steps to reproduce

In VS2010 SP1, compile the "PropSheetDemo" sample application from the "Visual C++ 2008 Feature Pack". I built the unicode release x64 version but the behavior should be the same with the other configs.

Run the application on a system with a RTL layout and click on the [Display] button in the "List on the left" group box. Only the [Help] button appear.

The missing buttons are shown correctly if we use the "Tree on left" or "OneNote-style tabs", but not with the "List on the left".

This problem doesn't occur when running on a standard Window 7 english system.

Actual results

Only the Help button is visible in the property sheet.

Expected results

The Ok, cancel and Apply button should be seen too.
