Strange character in "Waiting for a background operation to complete" dialog title by doyle_am

Every now and again Visual Studio 2012 shows a dialog indicating the a background task is in progress.

The exact text of this dialog is:

"Waiting for a background operation to complete. This dialog will close when the operation completes."

In the title of this dialog, it reads "Microsoft Visual Studio" - however at the end there is a strange non-ASCII character, represented on screen by a square.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate and Visual Studio 2012 Premium. All languages are set to English (United Kingdom).

Hi folks,

We had previously communicated that a fix for this issue would be available in Visual Studio 2012 Update 1. However, we made a mistake that required us to postpone a fix for this until Update 2. We apologize for this and will update this thread when the fix is publicly available for download. In the interim, we recommend installing the Update 1 release from here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=272486 as it contains several additional functional and performance fixes for VS 2012.

This is not urgent but I can see this strange character too. Could you address this issue to UI responsible?
