I've just installed Visual Studio 2012 (Profession Academic) and started a new MFC EXE application. I can't find the Context-sensitive help (HTML) option which I think should be on the Advanced Features page of the MFC Application wizard. It just isn't there - the top item is Printing and Print Preview. Has it been dropped, or have I dropped something? It's there OK in Visual Studio 2010.

Steps to reproduce

In Visual Studio 2012, select File; New Project, MFC Application
Advance through the wizard to the Advanced Features page.
Note the absence of a "Context Sensitive Help (HTML)" option.
This is present in Visual Studio 2010, and is mentioned in the documentation

Hello William,

Thanks for the report. The context-sensitive help option was removed from the MFC application wizard in Visual Studio 2012 because the help workshop tools (used to create the help file) are no longer supported. We are considering other options for help generation for MFC applications.
