When attempting to connect Visual Studio 2012 to my Team Foundation Service Preview account I get the following error message:
"TF31003: Either you have not entered the necessary credentials or your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server at https://andrewortiz.tfspreview.com/. Ask your server administrator to add the appropriate permissions to you account."

Where do I specify the credentials? There is no option to supply user and password.
