User(s) can reproduce this bug
MVC4 template UI needs to use jQuery UI themes out of the box. We are not being paid to spend the time to modify custom stylesheets when with two or three clicks these can be autogenerated using the jQuery UI themeroller application.
Details (expand)

Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server/.NET Framework Tooling Version

Visual Studio 2012

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply one of the Web app templates, as for MVC4.
2. Confuse yourself trying to rewrite the stylesheet to comply with jQuery UI themes.

Thanks for the reply but you haven't heard me or any one else that wants standardized theming for their app. As a workaround can I create my own app template to do this?

We hear you, but we have our own design for the template out of the box. You can use a different MVC 4 template like Basic if you'd like to start without our CSS and use your own (in your case jQuery UI themes).
