When editing XAML markp for a WPF app the UI sometimes becomes unresponsive for several seconds.

Steps to reproduce

Add a binding to an existing element I type in the initial '{Binding }' and the UI freezes for several seconds ( 10 or 20 secs) before the text I typed appears. Just before the UI becomes responsive again all the VS windows that are open flash for a second or two.

NB. I have both ReSharper (v7) and DevExpress DXperience 12.1 plugins installed.
