I was attempting to try out some code with the C++11 uniform initialization. If you try to use the brace { } syntax on a type that has an explicit construction it gives an error. I distilled it down to a small example which I am attaching. This compiles fine with GCC 4.7.2 (mingw port from STL at nuwen.net)

Hi John,
    Thanks for reporting the issue.
A fix for this issue has been checked into the compiler sources. The fix should show up in the next release of Visual C++.
