我用Visual Studio 2012连接数据库的时候，原来能用的代码，后来却不能运行了，会有“已成功与服务器建立连接，但是在登录前的握手期间发生错误。 (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - 等待的操作过时。)”的错误，但是这个错误仅限与用代码与数据库发生连接，但是又不是所有的代码与数据库的连接会有这个错误，有一个没有这个错误，不过我新建的项目通过代码连接数据库都出现了这个错误
