We use "tfpt annotate /noprompt" to get to print out a whole file together with information about which changeset the change was made in together with date and owner.
Unfortunately the date and owner is no longer present, only the line content with changeset number.

run the command:
tfpt annotate /noprompt <path to file in your TFS workspace>

the command output is:
<changeset number> <line content>

<changeset number> <date> <owner> <line content>
