Description

I can no longer use the windows store app Netflix after installing the Windows Phone SDK 8.0.
I get the following error:
System configuration problem. There is a problem playing video on this system. This may be caused by any of the following: 1. Netflix is not supported in virtual machines. 2. New graphics drivers may be required.

Also after installing the SDK, silverlight crashes every 5 min or so while watching netflix.

Not only Netflix, but my microphone doesn't work as well (it just record a buzz). If I restore the restore point I created after install the SDK everything starts to work again.

I think that the SDK is messing up with drivers and causing this problem.

I have a Windows 8 Enterprise x64 and Radeon HD 7700.

I just experienced this same issue as well. Watching Netflix while installing Windows Phone 8 SDK, rebooted (as per instructions), and now Netflix shows the same error as reported above.
