std::put_time does not accept *const* object by Egtra

Description

In C++11 (ISO/IEC 14882:2011) Specification, std::put_time is declared as put_time(const struct tm *, const charT *). But Visual C++ 2012's std::put_time is declared put_time(struct tm *, const charT *). It makes compile error in some codes.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This issue has been fixed in Visual Studio 2013. You can install a trial version of Visual Studio 2013 with the fix from: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9832436
