When I click on the menu bar (usually Debug to run the program) there is a latency of approximately 3-5 seconds and then the menu opens and the text in the code window zooms in.
This only happens the first time I click on the menu bar since starting Visual Studio.

Start VS.
Edit code in the code window.
Click on Debug menu.

Also, can you send us a list of extensions you have installed ? We have seen a similar issue before that was being caused by the Python Tools extension.

Thank you for logging this issue. We have not been able to repro the bug locally. Could you provide us a video of the issue when it happens again ? Having a repro is crucial for us to investigate the root cause.
