User(s) can reproduce this bug
When I annotate changes to a file, (sometimes) the revisions in the left margin don't match up to the changed line of code properly - they are misaligned - incorrectly suggesting that lines of code belong to a different svn revision.
Details (expand)

Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server/.NET Framework Tooling Version

Visual Studio 2012

Steps to reproduce

Ankh SVN installed
Right click on a source file (e.g. c# .cs file) - it may have to have a lot of revision changes - and via the context menu select Subversion... -> Annotate.
Use the ctrl+G keyboard shortcut to jump to a line of code that is off the screen.
Observe that the left margin is incorrectly showing the revision region starting and finishing one line further down that it should when compared against the code window.
Note: the problem seems intermittent because scrolling around the file and then going back to the problem spot sometimes fixes the misalignment

Actual results

Lines corresponding to a svn revision (left margin) don't match the lines of code for that revision (code editor window).

Expected results

Left margin in annotated view should line up with the code window.
