Description

When a GroupView with a VariableWidthWrapGrid items panel, which contains only one item who’s RowSpan is set to 2, the Group is too small and truncates the item at the first row.

Hi Bandyb,

We investigated this issue and this looks like a platform (Windows) issue. I have filed a Windows bug: 60470 to track this issue.

Setting the min width property of the VariableSizedWrapGrid prevents it from collapsing. If it is not desirable for it to always have this min width, an attached behaviour can be created that programmatically sets the min width to the ItemWidth * the rowspan of each of the elements on the first row (the elements whose index is < MaxRowsOrColumns)
