Visual Studio 2012 does not include ntwin32.mak or the web installer does not download it.

Install Visual Studio 2012 from the web installer then attempt to build a makefile project that uses "ntwin32.mak"

Hi, the Windows 8 SDK includes MSBuild files now so the makefiles were removed. Please download the Windows 7.1 SDK to get the win32.mak and ntwin32.mak files.
