First unload or delete of items from Solution Explorer takes too long by veeroo

It looks that problem occurs only once, after opening solution.
Every next unload/delete works correctly.

Our solution is about 50 projects of WPF and ClassLibraries.
We also use Mercurial as VCS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the solution
2. Try to unload or delete an item from the Solution Explorer (VS freezes for a while)
3. Try to unload or delete once again (it works ok and fast)
4. Close the solution
5. Go back to 2.

VS unloads/deletes items from the Solution Explorer without any lag

Thanks for your feedback. Using Visual Studio 2012 RTM, we haven't been able to reproduce the problem internally. We suspect the problem is related to the Mercurial extension/addon. If you disable it and the problem still occurs, please reactivate the Connect bug with more details:

Detailed steps describing how the problem occurs
Detailed list of extensions installed. Please mention if they're active or disabled
Repro project
Screenshots and/or video of the problem

The more details you can provide, the higher the chances we have of reproducing and tracking the issue.
