Thank you for submitting a Connect bug on the new Help viewer. Is your platform Windows Server 2008 R2? If so, please see below. If not, then please provide additional information, current OS, and any additional information needed to reproduce the raw HTML view.

Windows Server 2008 R2 displays Help content in raw XML.
To resolve this issue:
Turn off IE security from Server Manager.
•    Start->Administrative Tools->Server Manager
•    Then in "Security Information" section on the right-side click "Configure IE ESC"
•    Then turn off for Administrator and Users
