When trying to view Web.config file transform preview an error is displayed

Visual Studio 2012

1. Open web project
2. Right click on Web.Debug.config
3. Select "Preview Transform"

An error dialog is displayed:

Thanks for reporting the issue! It will be fixed in Visual Studio 2012 Update 2. Please install it when it becomes available.

I also have this error :
