I just changed my mouse device to one which has a third button that simulates a mouse wheel press but I discovered Visual Studio does not handle such events. Could somebody add that functionality.

Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server/.NET Framework Tooling Version

Visual Studio 2012

Steps to reproduce

*The version I'm using is actually 2010, but that's not an option in the above combo box

Open a source file whose length is longer than a full screen height.
With a mouse having a mouse wheel press and hold the mouse wheel as a button and drag the mouse to invoke scrolling.
Visual Studio doesn't respond.
